Equitable Fairness Principle

I define Equitable Fairness Principle as satisfying the needs of the people (rakyat) where the needs are due irregardless of race, creeds, politcal inclinations, religious beliefs etc. Any raktyat who needs aid must be given attention such as giving fishing rods to enable them to create own value of life. Giving of fish is only on absolute necessary case.
